"Music and writing have been very important parts of my life since I was a child, but it wasn't until college that I started to become part of a music community, and that was my biggest inspiration for this album. I am so inspired by the musicians around me sharing their stories, sharing their pain, letting their hearts outs and welcoming the world into their lives. Alot of these songs involve my personal experiences with suicide, drug use, alcoholism, emotional trauma, and grief and it has been one the most therapeutic and cathartic experiences to be able to turn all of that into art. I'm very inspired by musicians such as Pat the Bunny whose deep and passionate lyrics motivated me to share my own words with the world. Get ready for a ride into my psyche. You might want to buckle up."
